I can't run cocoapods in terminal [closed]

I can't run cocoapods in terminal I show in the picture It says command cannot be found and that's why I can't create a pod.When I processed other sources, the solutions did not yield any results either.My computer has the apple m1 operating system. I think people who have this problem with me, how can I solve this problem?
